Composition/Design Charges for Non-Stock Images
We charge a flat rate of $10 per image composition charge per lampshade ordered. If an image needs special treatment such as special effects, repair, etc. we charge on a time and materials basis of $40/ hour. Typically we need to see the images in question to be able to come up with an estimate of cost of production. The composition charge pertains only to the first lampshade produced in a size.
Example
A customer orders two 22" large lamps and one 14" medium with three different customer supplied images. Two images are sized correctly and have the proper resolution and need no additional work. The third image needs 15 minutes of retouching and repair. The charge would be as follows:
